Missing You

It’s been so long since we last spoke to each other
I miss you more and more every day that goes by
That my heart is now full of sadness and sorrow

I long to hear those sweet words that you speak
When you tell me how much you love me and care for me
Which always makes me feel so special like I’m your world

Your words always manage to make me laugh till I cry
No matter how bad my day has been you can still cheer me up
Never once does a frown cross my face when I’m in your company

It’s been to long since I heard those words that make me laugh and smile
But don’t get me wrong I still love you with everything I have
My heart just has to share its space with my sadness and my love

I count down the weeks till I can tell you I love you in person
