Pretty By Default

by Terri Lynn   Dec 2, 2004

They don't really like me
They they don't know who I can be
They see dazzling grins and bobby pins
But not what longs to be free

I'm not the girl in all the photos
I'm not the girl everyone knows
I live a lie, I'm remarkably shy
But thats the way life goes

You'll never know I'm not your friend
All the events I wont attend
Just a shell, my minds in hell
Can't wait for high school to end

I'm just pretty by default...
