Doll

by BrokenMisery   Dec 12, 2004

Stitched in patches
Stitched with pain
There lies a doll
With bloodied contain
With a cross as an eye
With broken hands
Filled with tears
And held with bands
With hollow love
And tainted war
With angel wings
And no dreams to soar
So there lies a doll
With blood red patches
And stitches to hold
Dead with fire
Life now cold
With black respire
There lived a doll

That rhyming was peerfect. It had moving words to it and it got to the point. Great poetry. -YM
