Why Then?

If it wasn't right
then why did I feel,
feel my heart beating
feel it was real
If you're not for me
then why do I cry?
Why do I lay on my bed
wishing you'd try?
If I don't need you
then why is there pain?
Why do I
all the sudden feel very plain?
If we're not meant to be
then why am I scared?
Scared I'll never see
that face which I cared?
If I wasn't made for you
then why did we fit so well?
Remember our touch
that put us under a spell?
If you're not the one
then why do I wait?
Wait for your return
even if you're late?

I know we should be together
I can feel inside of me
that this love,
this love is going to be
