Oh How I Love The Snow!

by Jennifer Fox or Jackson   Dec 23, 2004

The snow is bright
glazing blue in it's white
it's cold outside yet still am I warm
tomorrow's going to be another snowy storm.

A snowman's being built
his frame slants slightly in a tilt
oh how I love the snow
and its beautiful bright glow.

Snowboarding here I come
I love you more then the summer's sun
you give me the freedom I've been urging for
each time I come back, I'm begging for more.

The breezing cool air
whipping in my face
flying down the hillside
excitement is all I taste.

My balance is like standing still
except I slant to one side then the other
here comes my snowy ramp
oh wow, I think I'll build another.

The rush is breathe taking
the smile on my face is bright
the snow plowing under my board
feels always so right.

Climbing back up the hill is exhausting
but worth every step
here I think I'll go another
my hobby will always be kept.

Oh how I love the snow
and its beautiful bright glow
it is so much fun having it around
it makes me smile instead of frown.
