Strawberries and cream

by jescelle   Jan 1, 2005

Strawberries and cream,
thats what she is,
the poison that runs its course through her,
pail white skin with red gashes all over.
shes living like a sinner,
but watch me fault her,
she said kill me faster,
so i did.

strawberries and cream,
thats what she is,
red eyes,
white pills,
i dream,
and i dream of a devil that knew her,
he said to me, he said,
some things will always stay,

i had to do it,
i had to...

strawberries and cream,
thats what she is.
it killed her soul,
i could see it crumbling,
but still my hold could not break free,
and then she pulled the knife.
she twisted it up inside her hand,
and then moved toward her wrist.
and i didn't try to stop her,
i had let her go.
watched pale white skin that twisted up and whithered away.

strawberries and cream,
cold white body,
and dress of scarlet,
the world has been twisted,
my spine has been bent.
but strawberries and cream,
why did i help you?
if only id held on alittle tighter,
maybe then...

just maybe
