I Love you Dad!! :(

I love you dad,
I really do;
nobody will know,
how much I love you!

You went away,
when I was turning six;
I wonder if someone,
put on a hex!

I miss you so much,
more than you’ll ever know;
this is the first time,
I’m letting my feelings show!!

Every time someone mentions your name,
tears fill my eyes;
but I know your watching over,
in the skies!

It even hurts now,
writing this poem;
cause I want you here,
but I know you can’t come!

I don’t remember some,
not too much;
I remember your hugs,
and you caring touch!

I miss you so much dad,
I wish you were here;
I can’t wait til my end,
so we could be near!!

    That was really good. and it definitely made me start crying cuz when i was six,, turning 7, my dad passed away to.. and i feel the same way.. with the same reacxtions as you. you did a really good job..

    thanks for the comments! Alyssa i'm sorry about your loss. yeah will always cherish the memories i had with my dad and i am happy that i at least got the chance to know him, even though it wasnt for long. i want to say thank you for your comment, it actually brought tears to my eyes. i hold on to the fact that i will see him again. ours dads will always be in our hearts! may they rest in peace!
