My Time

When will it happen
That moment when I know
My smile is there
It smiles and grows

I've been waiting for so long
I can't remember the date
But I do remember how I felt
Filled with loneliness and hate

My heart sinks to the bottom
And my eyes burst into tears
I can't stop this from happening
As I cry out the memories of the years

Those years when people laughed
Those years when people hated
Those years when I couldn't help myself
To cure myself I ended up sedated

Until that moment breaks
And I see the unfake smile
I'll still be crying
Crying for a good while
