Beyond Words

by **Just Her**   Jan 4, 2005

The room so silent
As she falls asleep tonight
She feels as if she’s all alone
As she holds her pillow tight

Her struggle to find herself
Her identity is what she seeks
To not know where she belongs
Sends crimson tears down her cheek

Sliding through her pain
With only mere dreams
Of what she could be
Of what she could redeem

All she needs is happiness
So near, but so far
Her mind tells her she has it
But her heart shows too many scars

If only she could reach out to someone
And make people aware
That smiles and tears look the same
And that sorrow has always been there

PLEASE VOTE AND COMMENT IT MEANS SOOOOO MUCH TO ME.. thank u!!!
