Relax, Take a Look

by Michael   Jan 11, 2005

Here, take this bullet
Spin the barrel and watch your life flash before you
A one in six chance says you won't live to see tomorrow
The barrel stops and you hear the click
The bullets pointed at you
The last sound you hear is a blast
Happened so fast
Before you the past
As the frightened mass all run pass

Relax . . .

Here what I have to say
Life is not better off without you
When all they do is talk about you
Missing, wanting, hoping, dreaming
They can't live life around you

And in the end what have you proven?
That you were to scared to keep your life moving?

Scared of what you might become?
That you might just leave this life behind, face your dreams and maybe see the rise of another sun?

Fearing that day when life will be normal
But you can't adapt to the prescribed masses
So you drop everything and ignore your morals
And your back to the beginning as your life passes

But don't give up and don't change who you are
I'm there, right behind you
You're not alone and you have come so far
Don't be afraid, I'm here to find you
