Life

My life was so cold,
I could not stop shaking.
My life was so dark,
I could not see were I was going,

The days would fly by,
And I could do nothing to slow down.
They would end usually in depression,
And always with sorrow.

This is how I was,
And I could not adjust.
This was my life,
As just a big bust.

But it started to change,
It started to alter.
Things started to pick up,
And I could not falter.

All of a sudden I was there,
I was finally noticed.
People finally saw me,
And I had felt missed.

Although I never went anywhere,
I guess people have gone through a transformation.
I know I have,
For now I can actually have real fun.

Everything used to be so weird,
Everything used to be much darker.
But things are finally normal,
And the days are now much brighter.

I can fully enjoy life,
Now that I know real happiness.
I thought I had known it.
But I guess I had no real idea.

Thing could not be better,
For I actually have ambition which seemed to just appear.
I had never had any,
It was never really there.
This is my life now,
Full of joy.
For now I have a reason to live.
And it is to feel this emotion at least once more.

For nothing is really forever,
But now I have hope.
That is to feel this way once again,
Now that I know what it actually feels like.

I can actually live now.
