Daddy's Destruction

You were my hero
The one I looked up to
I loved you so much
And it could've only been you

You were my stars
My sun, moon and all
I was daddy's little girl
And you used to always catch my fall

You used to tell me stories
Until I fell asleep
You used to tuck me in
And my smile you used to keep

Everything was great
Daddy, everything was fine
But things slowly changed
And you ruined this life of mine

You made mommy scream
You made mommy cry
You caused so much pain
And I still don't know why

My big brother hated you
Despised you so much
You two grew silent
And his anger began at your very touch

Daddy why would you do this
You ruined our family
Daddy things were good before
But now everything ending unhappily

Mommy won't stay in the same room as you
She'll come to sleep with me
At night I can hear her crying
But she thinks I don't see

This is my daddy's destruction
He ruined everything
Hatred, tears, and pain
This is what he decided to bring…
