Always Haunts

by SmileeItsBritt   Jan 31, 2005

Fear it always haunts
Even the happiest person
Always something to be afraid of
The more you give in, the situation worsens

Could be of the dark
Or the spiders that crawl
Could be the slithering snakes
Or the shadows on the wall

Whatever ever it is your afraid of
Don't let it over power you
Have strength above your fears
then theres nothing you cant do

I'd say this is more a poem about hope.

Well, where ever it belongs it is a nice example. The form is a little disjointed, but the wording makes up for it comfortably.

    A well earned \4/

Great poem, I love the choice of fears you choose, 'the shadows on the wall' love it! xxx
