Love Is Blind

This pain is inexplicable
Its depth is deep and keeps me miserable
Day by day it only will only worsen
Its pure torture the way I’m hurtin’
Though you’re gone forever and that I am certain

I just can’t seem to close the curtain
I cry out only to find out that my eyes have dried out
And are no longer workin

I call out your name
With no reply... …
Wondering why?
How could what we had all of the sudden just up and die?

A sigh of relief though only brief
I release to get a peace of mind

And though I may have lost your heart forever
Just acknowledge that you’;
Forever possess a piece of mine

I lie in total darkness
With out your shine
But seeing is no longer needed
To believe when love is blind
