Death to the princess

by tormented   Feb 4, 2005

Inside the house,
Of broken dreams,
An imprisoned princess,
Goes into a forever sleep,
So beautiful,
So young,
Never allowed to leave,
Watched me from her window,
Her mother mysteriously disappeared,
And her father afraid to feel,
Drank himself to insanity,
To kill the pain his cheating mistress did deal,
And every night,
I would hear screams and flickering lights,
Oh did the punches fly,
I felt sorrow for the girl,
but on this night,
not like the rest,
He put a bullet to the princesses chest,
He spilled her blood upon his vest,
Just like her cheating mother,
She joined the heavens above,
Embracing the love she could never touch,
Asleep forever her body lyes underground,
A beautiful princess,
Now finally safe and sound,
