Perfect

Nothings ever perfect anymore
Everything used to go so much better, but no one is happy now
life is so full of regrets.
When I was younger everything came into place.
I didn't try and make sense of every detail...
and every empty face.
But nothing comes that easy anymore, and though people try,
and some deny
you can't buy your happiness in any store.
Nothing is ever the way it seems
people expect you to look
like the girl in the magazines
but shes not real
her smiles so fake
she rather take it all back
live the life of just another simple girl. Nothings ever perfect anymore.
Like it was once seen through the naive eyes of a "perfect child."
It's not all happy endings
It's not all fun and games...
people get hurt
people cause each other pain.
Nothings ever perfect anymore,
no one really knows
what there living for.
Nothings perfect it's just the way it seems- but theres no perfect life,
it's just a dream!
