Sweet Misery

He stands all alone
In his own sweet misery
No one can connect with him
No one can see.

He looks away from everyone
With his unforgotten past
He thinks of his memories
And wonders why they last.

He finally left this little town
He got away from here
Now no one can hurt him
He's left alone wih his pain and his fear.

He hates the world
Likes he hates everyone who he sees.
He's left alone to linger
In his own sweet misery.
