Something I must say,
because Im not gonna be here always.

I just have to say I love you,
I just thought that you should know;
Because deep down I really do,
even if it doesnt show!

I have lots of things to say,
but yet I dont have the guts;
Just know that inside its burning me,
and each time I think of you, it cuts!!

To know that I cant be with you,
no matter how much I try;
And every time I think about it,
I put my head down and cry!

The truth is I love you,
with all my heart;
And it would tear me,
if we were ever to part!

Weve joked around a couple of times,
and said funny things;
But when I said I loved you,
it made my heart sting.

Because the truth is I wasnt joking,
even when I said I was;
I really, really liked you,
despite all these stupid laws!

Well this is what I had to say,
my secret has been revealed;
But as for my heart...
...That will never heal!
