Creation

by Dani Ward   Feb 22, 2005

I walk through the forest,
and see beautiful things,
trees with all their colors,
and the grass that sings.
i see a wild zebra,
i see a small worm,
i feel a cool wind,
see a rock sitting firm.
i see the glowing moon,
and all the shining stars,
i see a road in the distance,
with a whole lot of cars.
all of this beauty,
created with one word,
God spoke with one breath,
and created a bird.
with that same breath,
he created a butterfly,
a snake, a spider, a squirrell,
and a fox so sly.
all of Creation,
made in one breath,
even your own life,
and including your death.
it speaks of His power,
of His great glory,
His creativity and knowledge,
it tells His great story.
just take the time to listen,
and you'll hear the wonderful song,
never knew about it,
but it was playing all along.

Amazing how wonderful God is, isn't it? He created everything, as complex and diverse as it all is. He is wonderful and amazing.
