Blades

I'm searching for answers
ones that don't exist
Why do I take my anger out
by slitting my wrist

Just a little bit upset
or if I start to feel sad
I make it bleed
and hurt so bad

This is starting to scare me
I need someone to talk to
Sometimes I get the best of me
when I don't know what to do

These thoughts and feelings
are sometimes too much
So I make them go away
by playing with blades and such

If only I could stop
maybe things would be better
But when I look in the mirror
all I see is a cutter.
