Green

by BreatheNoMore   Feb 24, 2005

Please do not allow me to live life any longer
Let me pass away to another day
That feeds this long built burning hunger

Let me lie in a meadow green
Encased in days where only exquisiteness is seen
Deep within a forest
With only what I need
Departed of my own skin
No longer searching for a belief

Knowing all is well without me
And I can just for once breathe in thoughts so sublime
Inhaling pure air
With no notice of time

Falling asleep and waking up
To the mellow sound of rain
Lying underneath the tear drops
Of my previous days

Soaking in
All the life I never felt
The scent of wet wood and blossoming flowers
Unfathomably through every moment I melt
