When you went

You went away gracefully
a smile on your face
saying "Gods finally sent for me,
Let this life be erased"

you shut your eyes slowly
said "its not goodbye,
so keep yopur chin up,
and try not to cry"

"Dont remember me like this"
was the last thing you said
then you laid your head down
and past away in the hospital bed

you'll be missed
but your presence will always last
the memories will always be in my heart
even though you've already past
