Blind Love

by Aidyn   Mar 1, 2005

The cool wind caresses my neck
The breath of the forgotten
Whispers of importance, echoes of urgency,
But I do not listen.

The sun shines down
With gentle warm light
I don't feel comfort
I feel the steady beat of insanity.

The fragrant air -> so soft and sweet
Encloses me with gentle walls
Like a caged animal
My passion cries for redemption.

The soft, green undergrowth
A pad of reassurance and comfort
So unworthy to cushion my steps
Which would gladly take to the sky.

For your sweet love
What would I not endure?

I would readily endure
The mightiest hardship for you
For the complicated bliss of your simple love,
What would I not give?

Comparing to your radiance
But how the lustre of the world wanes!

This is a total experiment for me, so any comments (and votes, for that matter), especially constructive criticism, would really be useful and much appreciated->Thanks for reading!
