Inside myself.

I looked inside,
And what did I find.
A suicidal girl,
With a broken mind.

She doesn't care about you,
Nor about herself.
She prays to God most every night,
Wishing she was someone else.

She wants to be loved,
And cared about by he.
But nothing matters anymore,
For she no longer believes.

She puts a smile on her face,
Thinking the pain will soon erase.
No one knows,at home she cries.
She is an outsider,She is despised.

So she writes the poetry,
Thinking it will help.
But even tho he hurt her,
He can still make her heart melt.

But she tells herself No,
This cannot be.
She needs to open her eyes,
So one day she can see.

He never even cared,
No he wont ever.
But she still remember those sweet little words,
"Baby I'll love you forever"

Forever wasn't long enough,
Nor will it ever be.
Why cant anyone be there she screams,
Why isn't anyone there for me.

And memories of that loved one,
Will soon be erased.
Because tonight shes making herself,
Drift off to a better place...
