Created a star

by Paula   Mar 9, 2005

Upon her wrist
Lays five scars
Each in the form
of tiny stars

Each are a memory
Something she wont forget
I'll go through these scars
and what each one meant

Scar number one
Was from that night
Her father hit her
she was full of fright

She went in her room
and sat on her bed
Created a star
and watched it bled

Scar number two
Is from the time she was drunk
When she got raped
In some guys trunk

She went home
And made a slit
Created a star
Watched the blood drip

Scar number three
Is from a guy
He broke her heart
And made her cry

She went to the park
and sat on a swing
Created a star
Let the cut sting

Scar number four
Is from her best friend
When they got in a fight
When there friendship did end

She went to the party
and in the bathroom she sat
Created a star
And the blood she stared at

Now scar number five
this one was big
Its when her mom died
When she no longer lived

She went to her grave
She asked her self why?
Created a star
And watched the blood dry
