Bad day today

I wish that you were with me today,
so you could take all the pain away,
for what I'm feeling deep inside,
is too big for me to cover or hide,

I broke down and i cried today,
but you weren't here for me to say,
what had happened or what I'd done,
but now i can tell you it wasn't fun,

I fell out with someone, that was all,
but it was much too late for me to call,
because now that you live so far away,
time difference stopped me ringing today,

i was so scared, the tears wouldn't stop,
I couldn't even bare to go to the shop,
I needed a hug for my heart to mend,
but all i wanted was my very best friend,

I know if you could you would be there,
to give me your love and for you to care,
I love you even more every single day,
i know that you would take the hurt away.

This was wrote for my best friend when i needed her when i fell out with someone today. I was so upset and felt alone because i am so used to her being here by my side when times are hard. She is the best friend i have ever had and i love her so much. Any comments would be appreciated thanks :)

    wow! you were right i did like that one! thanks for recommending it... i understand where you're coming from too...none of my friends have moved away... but i'm slipping and even though they're right next to me they're just so far away... it's complicated but thx... that helped me come to realize something important!

    I feel your pain so much, my best friend use to live next door and then she moved away....We write letters to each other and try to keep in touch, but I havn't seen her in almost two years =0(....So I know exactly how you feel!!!

    my best friend in the whole world lives in new zealand and im in the uk. ive felt the same as you before. wow its so strange. x x x
