Which Door

by Jenny Sys   Mar 13, 2005

As I walk along the road of life,
There are many doors to different places,
Some doors take you to happiness,
Others send you on wild goose chases.

People say they walk alone,
Choosing doors with no help at all,
But actually by their side,
Is God all mighty and tall.

Although God helps us through our lives,
We still have sad times,
Why does someone who loves us all,
Make some live a life of crime?

We end up hating some,
Yet choose those doors,
Why do we pick the wrong ones?
When we all know the laws.

Some are made to live a life of crime,
Others a life of happiness and wealth,
Some live in the middle,
And some people die from their bad health.

Does God choose these doors for us?
Or do we all hold the key?
Whoever does it all...
I know on this road it's not just me.
