Jennifer, I’ve never met you,
But you always make my day,
You comment on all my poems
With never any delay.

You really rock, you truly do,
You make me very happy,
You make me feel my writing’s great
I hope you don’t think this is sappy.

Whenever I sign in to the site,
And I see a little red number,
I often hope that it’s one from you,
And not from someone other.

Your continuous support,
Has giving you the right to deserve
This poem in your name,
You can gloat with no reserve.

I’m thankful for my “F” award,
And I know it’s thanks to you,
You’ve read me since I’ve been pink,
And now I am a blue!

Even though this poem is
Directed to that girl named Jennifer,
It really does go out to everyone,
Who’s ever left a number.

So to conclude this poem,
I appreciate the poets
Who have me on their favorites list,
Even though I am inchoate.
