Why am I still here?

Sometimes I wonder
Why I keep going
There's nothing waiting for me
Except my endless crying

I don't understand
What keeps me alive still
This life is a nightmare
With no encouraging will

There is no way
To escape this fear
It'll always last
It's always here

For I fear my own life
Hate everything about it
It's been torn to pieces
Into tiny little bits

Why I'm still here
I question everyday
There's nothing more to gain
Nothing ever goes my way

Every time I run
The memories come back
Into my mind flooding
And happiness I always lack

    Wow, you don't even need improvement in your writing. You are already better at writing than most people that I know. Your poems have so much rythm and they are so sad, but really good.
