Bullying - Why me? If only they knew how it felt

Who can i talk to?
Where can i turn?
Why won't they stop?
Why won't they learn?

If only they knew
How i feel inside
To want to run away
To want to hide

It's not just what they say
It's the abuse as well
It hurts me so bad
It's like living in hell

All they did was taunt me
I walked alone in school
How could they be so hurtful?
How could they be so cruel?

I wish they knew
Just how much pain they've brought
To one innocent person
They didn't take a thought

On the outside i look calm
As if i do not care
But inside i am burning
With loathing and despair

It's hard to keep on going
When i know they're there
It's hard to keep on going
When all they do is stare

My mind is in a muddle
My heart is torn in two
I want to talk to someone
But i just don't know who

The little light inside me
Is slowly burning out
Enclosing me in darkness
Where there is no way out

All i want is to be happy
But all i do is cry
I wish i was someone else
With real friends by my side

So i leave you now
With this last few words
DO NOT BULLY
Because trust me.....it hurts

    Hey Lucy! I know exactly how you feel about getting bullied and i know how much it hurts i have been bullied since i was in 4th grade and i am now in 10th and it hasnt stopped yet so i know how much it hurts...but youve got amazing talent you need to get more poems on here so i can read them! cant wait to read more!

    this is a really good poem... i enjoyed reading it.... have you been bullied?.. cuz i know that it hurts... it's hard to get through but keep your head up.. good times will come.... you really did a good job on this.. you should try writing more, you've got talent, keep it up... and thanks for commenting on all of my poems... it really does mean alot to me!!! again great job!! luv ya...
