Four Seasons

Fall is when all the feelings began,
From the first time I laid eyes on you.
You were goofy and out spoke,
I fell pretty hard.. I will admit it's true.

Winter came and sent chills down my spine,
But your smile kept my heart warm.
Secretly in love with you I held it inside,
Hopin one day our friendship would transform.

Spring was the time of our lives, Staying out till all hours of the night.
We would talk about life and look up at the stars,
Wanting to kiss you because the time felt right.

Summer was long and hot for me,
But you still saw me as just a friend.
I wanted to be honest and tell you how I felt,
But I already knew how you fel in the end.

Year after year it is all the same,
We will talk once in awhile with reasons.
I still cherish every moment we have shared,
For every year there is one in all four seasons.
