Honestly

by Jesslyn   Mar 28, 2005

You say you want honesty,
But it turns out I can see,
I'm just your fall back.
Honesty is everything you lack.

At first, you, I did believe,
Weird signals I now receive.
It's like a water fixture,
She's in and I'm out of the picture.

You said you were asking me out this week.
Your memory must be meek.
Because you forgot to,
Or did you?

I'm not gonna be dragged along,
cause that's cruel and wrong.
I'll go with my own flow,
and just let you go...
