Thinking of the night that you passed away
ever since then all i can do is pray
especially for you because you were such a great guy
and all i can think is " Joel!! Why!?! "
Why did you leave us with all this pain
All there was the next day was a lot of rain
The rain is the tears of your family and friends
And still our sadness will not end
Thats why i keep making these rhymes
because everyday i think of you all the time
at least we know that your in a better place
watching us from heaven with that beautiful smile on your face
i still cant believe that your gone
everybody down here has your name on there arm
or on their chest, tummy, or fingers and crap
there are more people out there bustin with there rap
i just want to let you know
that we wont ever let you go
no matter how far we are apart
you'll always stay with us in our hearts
