Obsession

Forgive me for the cuts and slices
I only did that for love
Because all I want is to be in your arms
When pushes come to shove

I thought you really loved me
It sucks to know that it's fake
Maybe I'm just not good enough
I'll do whatever it takes

And what about that letter
That showed you how much I cared
You turned love into hate
And hope into despair

So this is my poem
For you and your cold heart
I can't believe I did this
Obsession is just the start
