The Night’s a Dancing

by Ð맆îñ¥   Mar 30, 2005

The night’s a dancing
The moons come to call
The stars are a shining
And I see them all

The night’s a dancing
I’m feeling the jig
The dark’s getting deeper
But how deep can it dig?

The day’s a crawling
It’s coming so slow
The moons gliding over
Bad feelings in tow

The chariot is charging
A flame across the sky
Gone when my eyes open
But still searing so high

But who is he racing
For night’s not behind
The light is yet fading
To my eyes it’s being kind

My pages are flicking
To night’s merry tune
The melody’s ending
And day came too soon
