Lost and Forgotten

by StormySkies   Mar 31, 2005

Moonlight hits the shadowed grave
Nothing is there, nothing left to save.
All things have gone unsaid
All roses wilted, more than dead
Weeds are scattered all around
As moonlight hits the forgotten ground
No one knows who lies there,
not that anyone has a care.

No one there, everyone gone
As up comes the sun and the lonely dawn.
Later that night there was quite a sight
A full moon had arisen that night.
As moonlight hits th shadowed grave,
Nothing is there, nothing left to save.
