Hold My Hand

by Rozzy   Apr 1, 2005

Of all the dangers in the world
You've kept me safe
As your little girl
Blinded by the many adventures i wish to take
I pulled myself from you As my first growing up mistake
I thought i needed to stand up for myself Be mature
Thinking for teenage break down there was no existant cure
But you're still there holding my hand Through this all
Catching me Saving me No matter how hard i seem to fall
For those times I wouldnt hug you Because it wasn't cool
But i look now seeing how lucky am to have you Deciding to break this stupid popularity rule
So hold my hand dad And walk me through this life For i love you
I'll hold your hand No matter how old i get For i am here always here for you too
