Graduation

by xoxShorteexox   Apr 5, 2005

The day has come,
it's finally here.
Now please do not
cry a tear.
There are still four more years.
Just in a different place.
A place I fear because of
change.
I am walking to get my diploma,
from eighth grade.
You have a change to come again.
Just in a different place.
I will have a different faces.
Walking towards my future,
a scary thought.
In your eyes you see a little girl
becoming a woman.
In my eyes I see me,
one step closer to my dream.
