My Dream

I have this dream, it comes in the night
Travelling on a moonlit beam so bright
Through the stars, the midnight skies
Into my heart and through my eyes

I wake up alone, the sun is warm
I open my eyes, and I’ve been reborn
I lay down flat, upon the sands
The water is cool upon my hands

I look round and find I’m not alone
And I like this place; it feels like home
And you are there, right by my side
We’re floating out upon the tide

You speak to me, your voice is calm
You touch the center of my palms
And somehow I know there’s no more pain
The moment I hear you say my name

I stand beneath a sun-lit sky
I stand beneath a moonlit sky
The water laps in upon our feet
And we know, there is no need to speak

Tears are smiles, in this land
We stand together hand in hand
I have this dream, it comes in the night
I have this dream, Where everything’s alright...

    wow thats such a gd poem hun, loved it. the last stanza really finishes it off well and it flowed so beautifully. its sounds like an amazing dream and its gonna cum true for you hun, i no it will, because ur strong and ur gonna make it,

    So picturesque. So prettiful, so perfect.
    First verse blew me away. Was amayonaising.

    The last stanza was so cleverly written, but it's worrying again. Things WILL be alright munchkin, I promise. I'm here for you, still trudgin along *Waves* :)
