The Beautiful Girl that I Once Was...

Once was healthy and full of life
Waiting for the next day
Never had a reason to be sad
Guess now I have to pay
Went too long with joy
Always smiling and never looking down
Now look at my once beautiful face
It only holds a frown
Those deep dark eyes
Were once full of light
Now they hold the pain
The torture and the fright
Now look at me
Trying to prefect my UN-perfection
Not talking to anyone
So they might not catch my depressing infection
Once I was beautiful
People say I still am
But then I look in the mirror
And I can tell that their words are a scam
I use to know I was beautiful
But I have grown to see
That I'm just too plain and ordinary
Just a f_ckin ugly me
