Color me blind

by Harlequin[let me put you to sleep]   Apr 6, 2005

You believe I’m without hope and faith, your gain
Lost and broken, forever alone and slain
You watch me while I cry
Color me blind, so I can at least try
Wishing to be as invisible as I can be
But you watch me struggle, for I am all you can see
Anger and hate build up inside of me, hoping you will soon believe
But you laugh and ridicule, knowing you will soon deceive
You play these games and watch me die
Saying you’ll rid my pain, your words all a lie
Keeping me all alone and dark inside
Color me blind so I can feel better I tried
