Untitles 01

"Just one more time, then I'll be done"
She says, as she reaches for the blade
But she fails to realize her addiction,
And nobody notices she's starting to fade.

She hates the endless nights of crying
And she can't stand the constant reminder,
Every time she sees the scars on her arms.
She just wishes someone could find her.

"Just one day of happiness" she says
"For that, I would trade in my life."
But she's sick of the unanswered prayers
And always turning to the knife.

She's tired and her eyes are red and swollen
Because she was up all night crying
But no one cares enough to ask whats wrong,
No one listens long enough to hear her dying.

She wants to feel the simple affection
From the people who say they care
She needs them to tell her she'll be okay
She needs them to show they're always there.
