Another Death 04.08.05

by Jesse Ray   Apr 12, 2005

If you want another story,
I can tell you one right now.
About a girl named Tina
Even the ending of our vow.

We used to be the best of friends
And then immediately lovers.
We used to go watch movies
Sometimes play under covers.

I was minding my own business
Until a movement caught my eye.
The sound of the car crashing
As Tina’s body starts to die.

Don’t you ever turn your back,
Even for one measly second.
Everything can drastically change
And the future cannot be beckoned.

Don’t you run away now…
I got more stories to tell
About a simple boy
And how his life turns to hell.
