A parents’ nightmare,
But does she care,
A depressed child,
But she does have fear,
Fear of hate,
Not the darkness of the dead,
She thinks of this as it conquers her head,
She thinks of suicide,
A better option? No,
As by her mother she needs to abide,
And she holds her thoughts close,
They say she might take an overdose,
A miserable life is not what a girl wants or needs,
She thinks of this as her wrist hurts and bleeds,
She thinks of her friends,
Then she stops and cries,
She wants to go but is not ready to say her last good byes.
