Just because you are gone
doesn't mean that we'll forget you
we could never do that
because you always pulled us through
you will never be forgotten
you'll always be in our hearts
even though this world was so cruel
and made us part
when I was going through a rough time
you always put a smile on my face
you could always cheer someone up
just by your warm embrace
I know you'll be watching over us
from your place in the sky
but please don't be mad
if you see me cry
it's my way of showing
how much it's you that I miss
I know you were getting sick
but I never expected this
we may all cry
and say how we wish you weren't gone
but one day we'll all be reunited
and until then we'll all remain strong
I'm sorry I didn't get to say goodbye
but you're in a better place now
and even though I wish I could see you again
I know we'll all get through somehow
I just want you to know
that I'll never forget your face
I hope you know how missed
you're going to be from this place!
