Im sry about your sister

Her sister has problems
with drugs so she worries
she tries to help her sister
in such a hurry

her sister got pregnant
January of this year
her age was 17
her abortion was a fear

she always cries at home
at school pretends to smile
her mother thinks she hasn't
used her knife in a while

her marks on her arms
only i have seen
from her family and her friends
and the people who were just mean

she used it so many times
and covers it up with sleeves
hoping and praying everyday
that not one person but me will see

she usually isn't noticed
her happiness or her pain
she hides it all so well
including all her shame

she helps me with my problems
the ones i normally am not the one to blame
she helps me from these scars
when i use the knife to release my pain

but still shes worried about her sister
who hasn't been eating for a long time
her sister whose stressed out
so her sister used drugs to clear her mind

she tells me shes getting skinnier
and thinks she may die
she also found some notes
saying her sister was going o end her life
