Here Lies My Shattered Soul

Here lies my tattered soul
Exposed for everyone to see
But just remember one thing
This act and image that I've shown is not the real me.

Here lies me broken soul
Which you can see is not completely whole
Because the love inside it you stole
So of it i no longer have control.

Here lies my tortured soul
The one that you've created
You've taken my heart that's whole
And for it's return I've waited.

Here lies my lonely grave
Because, me , you could not save
For years and years I've waited for my heart's return
To fill the hole where it used to burn.

Here lies my broken bones
Which have slowly turned to stone
In my grave underground
Away from all the commotion and sound.

So lay me down to rest
And give me back my heart so I'll finally have peace
To have my soul back would be the best
But hopefully this pain inside me soul will cease.
