Paranoid

I'm paranoid and i can't sleep
I'm shaking and I have the creeps

I hope this ends but i doubt it will
I can't think straight i cant sit still

I'm here alone and no ones around
I'm trying so hard not to make a sound

my head is spinning and it wont stop
This feeling was gone i thought i forgot

my heart is racing and my body's numb
i thought it was gone i thought it was done

I'm paranoid and every things wrong
i haven't felt this way in so long
