Black and White

by Idiosyncratic   May 14, 2005

Life's not as easy
As black and white
(As they say)
It's all in their sight
There are shades of gray...

And shades of red
Dark ruby
Pearly crimson
A sight to see
The colors within

Mixed together
They blur and leave
Stain my life
My world; my sleeve
How, without my knife?

They form the brown
That is me
The murky unknown;
What everyone sees
But looks down on
