*Graduation*

by Runner   May 16, 2005

I can't picture any two best friends,
Who have lived so closely,
no one can compare to us,
cause we are the bestest friends anyone will ever see.

I know that I will always be in your heart,
and you will always be in mine,
cause your the brightest star in the night sky,
the one that watches over me, the one that will always shine.

As your graduation goes on,
I smile and hold back my tears,
I remember all the good and bad times we've had,
over the past few years.

Now you have to leave,
we hug and say our goodbyes,
As you slowly walk away from me,
........tears fall slowly from my eyes.

In my opinion, you don't need the periods in the beginning of the final stanza final line.. but it works still! I liked it a lot!
